Train attention, clarity, and stillness through movement.
QISYNC is an internal training system created by Dr Colin Koh. It translates selected principles from more than 50 years of Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong and meditation into simple daily practices built on four fundamentals: Movement, Breath, Stillness and Attention.
What is QISYNC?
QISYNC is a modern mind-body system for building resilience, clarity and sustainable capacity throughout life. You do not need to master long traditional forms or step away from a busy life. Short, progressive practices help you notice unnecessary tension, return your attention deliberately, regulate your responses and recover more effectively.
Ancient Principles. Modern System. Practical for Life.
Why QISYNC exists
Organisations invest heavily in maintaining the systems they depend on. The people who operate those systems are usually expected simply to keep going.
Dr Colin Koh spent four decades in aerospace, where maintenance and reliability are matters of safety, and more than 50 years practising Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation. In 2013 he began translating what he had learnt into a structured method for modern life. Ten years of teaching and refinement produced QISYNC in its finished form in 2023.
The four fundamentals
These are taught through Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, meditation and mindful walking.
Who QISYNC is for
- Busy professionals, executives and business owners who want to stay clear and steady under pressure
- Adults aged 35–60, including women managing demanding work and family decades
- HR, Learning & Development and wellbeing leaders looking for practical programmes for their people
- Older adults who want accessible practice that supports continued movement and participation
- Anyone new to Tai Chi, Qigong or meditation who wants a clear, unhurried start
If you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant, please speak to your doctor before starting a new movement practice.
The Lifelong Capacity Pathway
QISYNC develops in five stages: Relief → Regulation → Resilience → Performance → Healthy Ageing.
- Relief. Release what is unnecessary.
- Regulation. Learn to influence your state.
- Resilience. Recover and adapt after challenge.
- Performance. Apply steadier attention where it matters.
- Healthy Ageing. Keep cultivating movement, attention and adaptability across life.
Each stage is a practice context, not a promised result.
